The Government has developed a Small Industries Centre. Maximum period for commercial lease = 50 years (can be extended).
Factory space (Small Industries Centre)
Monthly rental fee - minimum rate: $198 or per month
maximum: - $650 per month
Rates are determined depending on the size of the factory shed
Other Land Areas that can be leased:
Maximum period for:
- agricultural land - 20 years (can be extended)
urban commercial land - 50 years (can be extended)
Rates are decided through negotiation between the investor and the landowner either they are Government, nobles or private landowners.
